Catering is a personal experience

—it starts from an initial conversation with Chef Andrew Evans deciding on a menu together, to him hand picking out the ingredients, to preparing and finally cooking the meal for you and your guests. 

Unlike a restaurant environment with many hands having a role, he solely prepares and cooks the food.  Chef Andrew loves food, he loves to cook and he loves to please people through food. 

Because of the hands-on personal attention he gives to every catered event, Chef Andrew limits the multi-course, fine dining meals to 12 persons.  For larger events like Buffet Dinners, Family Picnics, Holiday Events, Cocktail Parties, Staff Holiday Parties etc. he can cook for up to 50 people.
